To filter the list to show your files, select My Files. To filter the list by device files, select Device Uploaded Files.
To upload a file from your computer to the System Repository,
first filter the list by My Files, and then click Add 
to open the Upload from Your Computer dialog
To delete
a file, select it on the list and click Delete
