Description

Type a description for this customer (up to 50 characters).

Web site

Type the address of the customer's web site (up to 255 characters).

Type the customer's street address, city, state or province, and zip or postal code.

Best Practice for
using customer addresses but not device addresses

Each device typically has an actual address, that is, a location, but if it does not have one, the Questra IDM Application Suite uses the customer's address as the device's address. The advantage of using a customer address but not device addresses is that, when you change a customer address, the addresses of the devices in the group with which the customer is associated are changed as well.

Type the customer's main business telephone number.

Fax

Type the customer's fax telephone number.

Type any additional telephone number.
