When beginning a session, you will start at the Navigation pane at the left of the main window. This pane has two panels – Groups and Device Types – with which you navigate to the devices you need to service. For example, you might be assigned as an owner of two groups, each of which is responsible for different devices.

You can select the group whose devices you want to inspect. Alternatively, you can open the Device Types panel (by clicking its header) and select a specific type of device to inspect.

NOTE: Groups can have subgroups. Click the group's folder to expand it and reveal its subgroups.

NOTE: Yellow folders indicate static groups, while green folders indicate dynamic folders. (See Types of groups.)

For your convenience, the window will "remember" the state of the Navigation pane (and the other panes as well) from the last time you signed out, so long as you don't close the browser. Closing the browser returns the window to its initial state.
