Use the Customers dialog to create and maintain information about your organization's customers and their representatives with whom Questra IDM Application Suite users interact.
This list shows the existing customers.
To add a new customer, click
Add to open the
Customer dialog.
To edit a customer, select it on the list and click
Edit to open the
Customer dialog.
To delete a customer, select it on the list and click
Delete .
This tab shows the customer's profile.
Description |
The description for this customer. |
Web site |
The address of the customer's web site. |
Address 1; Address 2; City; State or Province; Postal Code |
The customer's street address, city, state or province, and zip or postal code. NOTE: If addresses have not been used for this customer's devices, the customer address is used for them. |
Country |
The customer's country. |
Business |
The customer's main business telephone number. |
Fax |
The customer's fax telephone number. |
Other |
Any additional telephone number. |
This tab lists the customer's associated contacts, that is, the representatives with whom Questra IDM Application Suite users interact. From here, you can add, edit and delete contacts.

To edit a customer, select it on the list and click
Edit and edit
the customer's profile on the Customer dialog.
To delete a customer, select it on the list and click
Delete .
