Use the Acknowledge Alerts dialogs to acknowledge or close out one or more alerts.

Alerts for a given device are sent to all the Questra IDM Application Suite users who are owners of the groups to which the device belongs. You should acknowledge an alert when you plan to address the condition that is reported in order to communicate to your co-workers that you are handling the issue as well as to avoid potential escalation of the alert. |
