You can view details about a particular alert by double-clicking it on the Alerts panel in either Group view or the Alerts panel in Device view. Doing so opens the Alert Details dialog. Here you can view details about the alert, the alarm that triggered it, the notifications sent about it (if any), and the acknowledgments (if any) submitted by the user(s) responsible for handling the alert.
