Use the Alerts dialog to manage alerts for the devices for which you are responsible.
Alerts tab
If the context is Group view, here are listed all alerts for the group. If the context is Device view, here are listed alerts for the selected device only. From here you can acknowledge alerts. (See Managing your alerts.)

Click to open the Acknowledge Alerts dialog, where you can acknowledge one or more alerts. |

Alert |
The name of the alert. |
|
Status |
The alert's status. (For alert status descriptions, see Alerts and Alarms.) |

Device |
The device to which the alert pertains. |
|
Date |
The date of the alert was created. |
Filter tab
Here you can filter the list of alerts, useful if the list is very long. (See Managing your alerts.)

Status |
Select the particular alert status you are interested in. |

Start date |
Type a start date or select from the popup calendar. |
|
End date |
Type an end date or select from the popup calendar. |
|
Search |
Click to begin your search for matching alerts. |
